Questions
Your questions, answered plainly
Most of what people ask us before and after a first Instagram order is below. If yours is missing, open a ticket and a person will reply.
Starting out
It can, and its rules ban paid likes, followers and views. Meta does not warn first and does not say which accounts it acts on. We cannot undo anything Instagram decides, so the choice to order is yours, especially on an account that pays your bills.
Only a public link to a profile, post, Reel or comment. Prime never asks for a password, a login code or access to your account. Anyone messaging you for those while using our name is not us.
A self-serve shop for Instagram followers, likes, views, comments and saves, with other platforms in the full catalogue too. You load a balance, choose a service from the price list and paste a link. The order row then tracks start count, progress and status.
Refill: the service will top up units that disappear, free, inside a stated window. Non drop: a server built to lose fewer units, though some loss can still happen. Partial: delivery ended before your full quantity, and we credit the gap back to your balance. Remains: units still owed on a running order.
Yes. Your account page holds an API key, and the API page documents adding orders, checking status, refills, cancels and your balance. API orders cost exactly what the website charges.
Orders and delivery
Instagram clears out accounts it flags, and the follows from those accounts vanish with them, often a week or more later. If your service has a refill window, request a refill from the order. A completed order on a service without refill is not refunded for drops.
We pass it on within seconds, and the supplying server sets the start time. Many Instagram services begin inside half an hour. The average time shown on each service comes from recent orders and is a guide, not a promise.
Probably not. Order status is refreshed on a schedule, so a row can look unchanged for up to a day. After 24 hours with no movement, send a ticket with the order number.
Only on services marked as cancellable, and only before delivery starts; the charge then returns to your balance. Units already sent to a link cannot be pulled back, so a wrong link is not refundable.
Yes, from the moment you order until the order completes. Switching to private, archiving the post or changing your username halfway through stops delivery, and that is not refunded.
Payment and balance
The smallest top-up is $10 of credit, plus a card processing fee shown as its own line before you pay. Many Instagram services cost less than a dollar per 1,000, so $10 stretches across several orders.
Card payments cost us a fee, and we would rather show it once at checkout than hide it inside every service price. The exact amount for each top-up is on the add funds page.
Cards, through Stripe's secure checkout. We do not take crypto or bank transfers.
No. Your balance is for orders on Prime, it never expires, and refunds from partial or cancelled orders land back in it. The refund policy covers the one case where we return money: if we close an account that broke none of our terms.
